Accessing Spectrummonitoring.com implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. These terms and conditions may be changed or varied for any valid technical, operational or commercial reasons. An updated version of the terms and conditions is available on this website and it is your own responsibility to review this periodically. Your continued access to the website after any such changes have been made shall constitute your consent to such changes. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, then you are not to use Spectrummonitoring.com or the materials.

4. SUBSCRIPTION

By subscribing to Spectrummonitoring.com, you agree to become a subscriber for the period of 1 year. Prices are shown without taxes. There is no automatic renewal at the completion of the billing term. You are solely responsible to renew the service on time, whether or not Spectrummonitoring.com has sent you a renewal offer or any other notification. If you fail to fulfill your obligation of payment as a user of a paid account, Spectrummonitoring.com may suspend your account or delete it after an extended period of default. Once a payment is submitted, refunds are not permitted and will not be issued due to the nature of the service. Paid accounts which are terminated due to a violation of these terms will incur the loss of all payments and credits and are not eligible for refund.

You shall pay any invoices submitted to you by Spectrummonitoring.com within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice, or as otherwise specified on the invoice, in full and cleared funds to a bank account as specified on the invoice in the currency stated on the invoice. You shall be responsible for any applicable bank and/or foreign exchange charges. All sums payable to Spectrummonitoring.com under these terms shall be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding of tax as required by law.

At its sole discretion, Spectrummonitoring.com may provide subscribers with a prorated refund for fees paid during the period Spectrummonitoring.com or materials were not available or usable, upon the request of the subscriber.



5. TRAINING

The training fee must be paid three (3) weeks prior to the start date of the master class. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to twenty one (21) days before the start of the training. After this date, a cancellation charge of seventy five percent (75%) of the course fee applies. In case the number of participants is not sufficient, Spectrummonitoring.com has the right to reschedule or cancel the class.



6. DATA PROTECTION

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.



7. FORCE MAJEURE

Spectrummonitoring.com will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of these terms which is caused by circumstances out of the reasonable control.



8. SURVIVING PROVISIONS

Any provision contained in these terms and conditions that expressly or by implication are intended to come into or continue in force on or after termination or expiry of the terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect for such period as is necessary.



9 SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect, and the provision affected will be construed so as to be enforceable to the maximum extent permissible by law.



10. WAIVER

The failure by Spectrummonitoring.com to enforce any provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.



11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms of use are governed by the Laws of the Netherlands. All related disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
